Fulfilment is a right and not a privilege

Every single one of us is entitled to feel fulfilled by the work we do, to wake up feeling inspired to got to work, to feel safe when we're there and to return home with a sense that we contributed to something larger than ourselves. Fulfilment is not a lottery. It is not a feeling reserved for a lucky few who get to say, "I love what I do."

I'm a big fan of Simon Sinek and the above introduction is from his book "Find your WHY", a guide for discovering your purpose in work and life.

Simon Sinek's concept of WHY aligns perfectly with my Signature Career Coaching TALENT PROFILING. I'm a total believer that once you become fully aware of your innate strengths, and the characteristics and abilities that differentiate you, it is possible to find fulfilment and experience the life you truly deserve.

When you loose any passion for your work, you don't appreciate advice like "Do what you love", "Be passionate" or similar statements. Although, they are all accurate you think they are totally un-actionable. You wouldn't know what to change, you wouldn't know what to do differently next week. That's the reason the WHY is such an important element in everybody's life.

Discovering your WHY could renew your passion, it can give you a filter to make better decisions. It offers you a new lens through which you would see the world differently.

With my Career Coaching program TALENT PROFILING I developed my signature holistic approach, that analyses your profile and pinpoints the key characteristics that make you unique. The holistic methodology combines my expertise as a Career Coach with an Asian philosophy that identifies the unique components of your personality. With this insight, I can show you how to identify where your natural strengths and talents lie, and subsequently, how you can apply that innate skill-set to reap the most satisfying reward - a career you love.

When you're ready to learn your WHY, when you want to build a world in which you wake up inspired to go to work, to feel safe when you are there and to return home fulfilled by the work you do - I'm here to help you discover YOUR WHY.
